Anemoi Marine Technologies (“Anemoi”) and COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry Ltd (“CHI”) deepen partnership to provide comprehensive wind propulsion installation services across CHI subsidiary shipyards.
Anemoi, a leading provider of wind propulsion technology, is pleased to announce the renewal of its framework agreement with CHI, strengthening and expanding their long-standing Rotor Sail collaboration.
Anemoi and CHI first entered into a cooperation agreement in 2022 and since then have successfully completed the installation of nine Rotor Sails at CHI subsidiary shipyards, including VLOC installations for both Vale and U-Ming at CHI Zhoushan. Having closely collaborated on projects previously, the duo provide a wealth of experience and expertise, giving confidence to those considering a Rotor Sail installation and providing added clarity on the installation process and costs.
Under the updated agreement, Anemoi’s Rotor Sail customers can benefit from CHI’s technical installation services, spanning from integration design to onboard installation at any of CHI subsidiary shipyards across China. (....)
