South America stands to gain from more secure cross-border trade through the TIR system, including stronger links to global markets via key ports in Chile and across the region.
Together with IRU member AGETICH in Chile, IRU TIR and Transit Services Senior Manager Lucas Lagier met with national authorities to explore how cross-border trade and transport efficiency can be improved.
