The Höegh Aurora, the world’s largest and environmentally-friendly pure car and truck carrier, has departed from the Jiangsu shipyard on China’s east coast. The vessel, built by China Merchants Heavy Industry, has a carrying capacity of 9,100 cars and its launch marks a new beginning for the green and intelligent development of the world shipping industry.
