The first set of pure steel railroad frogs to be constructed by China Railway Shanhaiguan Bridge Group, a subsidiary of China Railway Group Limited, have rolled off the production line, in what is a new milestone for China's railway manufacturing sector. A railroad frog is a pivotal component that keeps the wheels rolling from one track to another, having a big impact on the operational efficiency and lifespan of railway lines. To achieve the goals of "high purity, high density, high stability and high durability", the Shanhaiguan Bridge Group collaborated with domestic research institutes and technical experts across multiple disciplines to establish China's first pure steel frog production line following extensive testing.
