SEGRO, a leading owner and manager of modern warehouse and production space, has signed an agreement with DB Logistic extending the long-term cooperation of both companies in a strategic location for the client in Silesia / DB Logistic, a company offering services in the field of transport, forwarding, warehousing and optimization of the supply chain and warehouse management, has been renting warehouse space in SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice since 2018. As part of the agreement, the company has just decided to extend the lease and increase the area by one third to use a total of nearly 5,000 sq m. (....)
