The acquisition of the Danish freight forwarder provides our customers with a greater range of transport options between Western Europe, the Baltic, Central Eastern Europe and CIS countries. After agreeing on the acquisition in September 2021, DFDS is excited to announce the integration of ICT Logistics into its logistics network. While DFDS has already owned a minority share in ICT Logistics since 2006, the acquisition allows expanding services across multiple markets. ICT Logistics has its head office in Herning, Denmark, and specialises in full - and part load, groupage and oversize transport solutions. The company's considerable presence and know-how in the Baltic, Central Eastern Europe and CIS countries provide an ideal platform for DFDS to grow its network in these regions. (....)
