The EUROCONTROL’s Data Protection Supervisory Board, an independent supervisory body responsible for overseeing compliance with EUROCONTROL’s modernised Data Protection Regulation (PDF) which entered into force on 1 May 2024, has started its work with its inaugural official meeting held on 12 March 2025 at our Brussels headquarters. The three DPSB members and their three alternates are nominated by EUROCONTROL Member States, are fully independent in exercising their tasks, and occupy their roles on a three-year rotational basis.For the first iteration of the DPSB, the members come from the data protection authorities of Albania, Germany and Armenia.
