The transition to electric trucks represents one of the most signficant shift in logistics history. Rather than just an emissions reduction solution; it is an invitation to completely overhaul our operating and business models. At SFC, we've spent years clearing the path by partnering with shippers, LSPs, carriers, OEMs, charging ecosystems, and policymakers to identify challenges and best practices. Maersk has been an invaluable partner in this journey. They've supported key initiatives like the Electric Drayage Alliance and shared hard-won insights from their own pilots and business integration efforts. This guideline is the direct result of that partnership, offering fleet owners a pragmatic framework to escape the "pilot trap" and scale effectively.
