Rijeka Gateway, the region’s most technologically advanced container terminal, has entered its final testing phase with the arrival of its first container vessel – the M/V Cape Fulmar – and first test train – operated by ENNA Logic.
The M/V Cape Fulmar will remain docked at Rijeka Gateway for four weeks, serving as a platform for comprehensive training and testing of operational processes under real conditions. Having arrived from Port Said, Egypt, the vessel measures 170 meters in length, 25 meters in width, and has a capacity of approximately 1,440 TEU. Training and testing will include planning, loading and unloading of various container types, cargo securing, and coordination of movements using terminal vehicles. (....)
