Pressemitteilung: FJMG Delivers China’s Largest Bus Export Order

At the production base of Higer Bus Company Limited, a subsidiary of Fujian Motor Industry Group Co., Ltd. (FJMG) in Suzhou, East China’s Jiangsu Province, a massive fleet of high-end buses have lined up in neat formations, ready for delivery to Algeria. The order is valued at over 1.5 billion yuan ($215.39 million), setting a new record as the largest single bus export order in Chinese history.
This large shipment of 3,000 buses, including the new V-series buses in 8-meter and 11-meter lengths, as well as 12-meter monobody buses, will become a key part of Algeria’s “10,000-bus fleet renewal plan” that is aimed at modernizing and improving the efficiency of the country’s public transportation system.
Higer Bus has been very active in the Algerian market for 21 years since its debut in 2005. It has achieved milestones in this North African country, from exporting products through establishing local knocked-down factories to holding the largest market share. (....)
