Postal services in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have undergone a strategic transformation to reflect the country’s expanded ambition of digital transformation and becoming a global trade powerhouse.
“The UAE’s commitment to digital transformation is deeply rooted in its ambition to be a global leader in connectivity, trade, and innovation, as outlined in ‘We the UAE 2031’,” explains Alashram. “The postal sector has been a key beneficiary of this vision, leveraging AI, blockchain, and automation to enhance efficiency, security, and transparency.” (....)
