GLP, a leading investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, today announces it has acquired a 26,000 SQ M logistics asset in Oss, the Netherlands. The asset is due to complete in Q3 2021 and will comprise a state-of-the-art distribution centre targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating. On completion it will be leased to Vos Logistics, one of Europe’s leading logistics service providers.
