Amsterdam, 22 March 2022 – GLP, one of the largest investors and developers of logistics warehouses and distribution parks in Europe, today announced that it has acquired a 31,200 SQM Grade A warehouse in The Netherlands. The high-end logistics development, A16 Cargo Center, will be delivered at the beginning of April 2022 on a turnkey basis. A long-term lease has been agreed with Picnic, a Dutch-based European online grocery e-commerce retailer. (....)
