GLP has commenced development of GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre, the largest warehouse project underway in the Wrocław metropolitan area. Built on a 50-ha plot, the GLP project will ultimately offer approximately 240,000 sq m of logistics space. The first facility at GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre is scheduled to complete in 2022. The project is expected to consist of up to five buildings, each with 28–84,000 sq m of leasable space and a BREEAM “Very Good” certification. The optionality at the site however, allows several buildings to be connected to form a single facility with an area of over 110,000 sq m. (....)
