Frankfurt, 16 November 2021 – GLP, a leading investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, has completed the development of a 53,000 SQM logistics facility in Heidenheim an der Brenz in eastern Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The tenant of the facility, which is centrally located between Stuttgart and Munich, is Amazon. The modern logistics facility stands at a clear height of 10 metres to the underside of the girders. The warehouse includes around 3,000 SQM of office and communal areas. The roughly 135,000 SQM property in the Rinderberg industrial area features 150 parking spaces for cars and 52 for trucks. The facility was built in less than 14 months, with construction company Köster GmbH serving as the general contractor. (....)
