29th April 2025 – GLP Europe, a leading business builder, owner, developer, and operator of logistics real estate, now part of Ares Management Real Estate (“Ares”), announces that it has completed the development of the final warehouse at its logistics and production centre in Magnice, near Wrocław. The final warehouse of the Wrocław V Logistics Centre offers over 67,000 SQM of state-of-the-art leasable space. It is suitable for both logistics operations and light manufacturing and is the largest facility of its kind in Lower Silesia that is available for immediate use. Certified „Outstanding“ under the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM), the property incorporates a range of features designed to reduce carbon emissions and improve efficiency. These include robust thermal insulation, smart metering for real-time energy monitoring, and energy-efficient LED lighting.
