GLP has successfully closed an acquisition contract for a 22.3 hectare plot in Szigetszentmiklós, next to its existing Sziget Logistics Centre, the larger part of which has already been let to Fiege Group. GLP has simultaneously obtained an occupancy permit for the first building, while two further units are under construction. The two phases of the project will comprise more than 150,000 SQM of prime warehouse space. (....)
