The property, which covers an area of approximately 30,000 SQM, is currently undergoing comprehensive refurbishment. Originally one part of a shared logistics property with common access, the property will be upgraded to create its own dedicated access point, along with other measures to maximise operational efficiency. Additionally, the construction of a new access passageway will create a new circulation loop to support intensive vehicle flows, improving access to the yards and the internal road system of the logistics park.
