The 2022 ICAO Innovation Fair kicked off yesterday, with the theme "Innovation for Enhanced Resilience in International Civil Aviation", beginning a three-day series of panels and presentations on the latest innovations impacting global air transport and the challenges and opportunities they present to regulators and industry. The event is being conducted to provide a critical and strategic opportunity for conceptualization ahead of the ICAO Assembly, which opens immediately following it, on 27 September, permitting industry and government leaders to reflect on how technological and process innovations can help build a more resilient and sustainable international civil aviation network.
