ONE began ICS2 ENS submissions from October 2024. As per our previous customer advisory dated 3rd September 2024, ONE has already started collecting the mandatory additional data elements supplied from customers in the shipping instructions. Self-Filing Option for House Bill of ladings (HBL) became available from 4th of December until 1st of April. Customers who prefer to file their own declarations need to apply for an EORI number to register with EU customs. Self-Filers should request a deployment date from the National Customs Authority of the Member State in which they are based. Until the deployment date is confirmed, ONE can perform a partial ENS filing, which contains the customer’s EORI number to identify the Supplementary Declarant. (....)
