The Health & Safety Working Group (H&S WG) established incident reporting website in 2018 to gather information on severe accidents and near-misses happening in finished vehicle logistics (FVL) during loading and unloading operations on trucks. The aim is to create database of accidents which can be analysed and used to share insightful information contributing to a safer industry. (....)
