Tokyo, August 1, 2023 — Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. announced today its receipt of an order from Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd (MMHE) for a gas compressor to be used in one of the world’s largest offshore Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) platform. The Kasawari CCS project is operated by PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB), a wholly owned subsidiary of Petroliam Nasional Berhad PETRONAS Malaysia’s national oil and gas company. (....)
