Kuehne+Nagel and Mondadori Group inaugurated a new 40,000 sqm fulfilment centre in San Giorgio Bigarello, in the province of Mantova. The facility is Italy’s largest logistics hub dedicated to educational publishing, supporting the efficient distribution of learning materials to schools, educators and students across the country.
Developed and operated by Kuehne+Nagel, the new fulfilment centre brings together activities previously managed across three locations. The hub also serves Mondadori Group’s educational and retail publishing business, including bookstores, e-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels. It reflects the growing importance of all-in-one logistics solutions to support the evolution of the publishing market. (....)
