Between the second and the third quarter of 2025, 3.1 million unemployed people aged 15-74 in the EU (23.0% of all unemployed in the second quarter of 2025) found a job. During this period, 7.0 million (52.4%) remained unemployed and 3.3 million unemployed people (24.5%) transitioned out of the labour force.
