The 2021 results of the ‘CER COVID Impact Tracker’, carried out by the Community of European Railway and Infrastructure Companies (CER) are in. €50 billion is the figure to remember. It corresponds to the COVID-related revenue losses of the rail sector in the European Union (EU27) over 2020-2021: • around €27 billion for 2020, • around €23 billion for 2021. (....)
