SHIJIAZHUANG, Jan. 1 -- A new expressway between Beijing and Xiong'an New Area, in north China's Hebei Province, opened to traffic at noon on Saturday, according to Hebei traffic authorities. The Beijing-Xiong'an expressway will help reduce travel time between the two locations to about 50 minutes. The newly built expressway is a major component of Xiong'an New Area's traffic network, with its main section running from Beijing's sixth ring road and covering a total of 81 km. (....)
