Located in Shenyang, the newly launched hub is the first IRU-accredited TIR facility in Liaoning province, northeast China. The hub is a one-stop shop for TIR transport companies, customs services and supply chain players, offering: customs clearance, warehousing, cargo handling, route development, and transport-capacity matching.
