Pressemitteilung: [New Year, New Start] China’s Second Domestically Built Large Cruise Ship Undocked

The Adora Flora City, China’s second domestically built large cruise ship, was undocked on March 20 at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co Ltd, a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited.
What follows immediately will be various tasks such as interior finishing and system modification. The vessel is scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2026 and to embark on international voyages from Nansha International Cruise Home Port in Guangzhou, the capital of South China’s Guangdong Province.
The 141,900-gross-ton vessel is 341 meters long and has 2,130 luxury cabins to accommodate more than 5,200 passengers. Among its many facilities are 26 beautifully furnished restaurants and bars, a huge theater that can accommodate 1,000 people, a shopping mall, an art gallery, a gym, a spa center and a children’s club, thereby meeting the needs of tourists of all ages.
