European Transport Ministers will gather on 5 December for their EU Council meeting. On this occasion they will discuss inter alia the current proposal for a revision of the Regulation governing the guidelines of the Trans-European Network for Transport (TEN-T), with the possibility of reaching an agreement on a Council General Approach. CER and fellow European rail associations ERFA, UIP, UIRR and UNIFE co-signed an open letter to EU Transport Minister calling for their attention to a number of critical points during their discussions.
