Palmira Capital Partners increased its leasing volume for logistics, warehouse, and office space by 20% to approximately 281,100 sqm last year. Contract extensions with existing tenants alone accounted for around 252,000 sqm. The sustained high demand highlights the resilience and stability of the logistics and light industrial asset classes.
