China Southern Air Holding Company Ltd. (China Southern Group) had over 2.84 million hours of flight time and 142 million passengers in 2023, according to the company. The company launched 127 new domestic flights between Beijing, East China's Zhejiang and South China's Guangdong provinces and opened the first regular commercial flight from the Chinese mainland to island countries in the South Pacific.
