Pressemitteilung: Pilot Assessment Report

The MoLo Hubs project explored how multifunctional mobility and logistics hubs can support more sustainable, accessible and circular cities.
Six pilots across Aalborg, Amsterdam, Borås, Hamburg and Mechelen tested different approaches, including circular economy hubs, service logistics and neighbourhood solutions.The pilots showed that technology was generally not the main challenge. Instead, governance, ownership, business models and long-term operation proved crucial. They also highlighted the importance of convenient, accessible locations and combining multiple services to create value for citizens.
A Pilot Assessment Report has now been published by our project partner HiiCCE, based on monitoring activities and data collected across the participating regions. The report brings together the key results, experiences and lessons learned from the six pilots, providing valuable insights for cities looking to develop similar multifunctional hubs. (....)
