CEO Climate Leaders, where Scania is one of 100 participating companies, works to support the ambitious Paris Agreement and bold corporate climate action by setting ambitious targets, reducing our own emissions, and inspiring others to do the same. Scania was the first in the industry to set science based targets in line with the Paris Agreement. We also show the way by striving towards the goal to decarbonise our European supply chain by 2030. And ahead of COP27 – the United Nations Climate Change Conference that starts on 6 November - we now call for action alongside the others in CEO Climate Leaders with an open letter. (....)
