Scannell Properties has started construction on LogistikPark Diemelstadt, a sustainable logistics development in the Northern Hesse region of Central Germany.The start of works was marked in a breaking-ground ceremony attended by Mayor Fritz and a number of local and regional officials. LogistikPark Diemelstadt benefits from direct access to the A44 providing strong links to domestic and international transport hubs and the A33 and A7 motorways.
