Scannell Properties Transfers 22,852 sqm Site to Minth Electricity Technology, a Strategic Player in E-Mobility in Northern France
Scannell Properties, the specialist real estate developer and investor, announces the sale of a 22,852 square meter facility located in Lillers (Pas-de-Calais). The site, recently renovated and upgraded to meet modern energy standards, has been acquired by Minth Electricity Technology, a joint venture between Ampere, a pure player in electric vehicles and software within Renault Group and Minth Group, a global leader in automotive equipment.
The facility will host a new high-tech industrial operation dedicated to the production of bumpers for electric vehicles. This strategic investment strengthens the joint venture’s industrial footprint in the Hauts-de-France region, complementing its first site at the Ruitz plant. (....)
