SEGRO has signed a lease agreement with Geevers Auto Parts for a 37,266 sq m warehouse at SEGRO Logistics Centre Eindhoven, located at the Westfields business park, one of the key logistics hubs in the Netherlands and Western Europe
Geevers, part of Parts Holding Europe (PHE), is a leading supplier in the European automotive parts market. The company is relocating from Veldhoven to SEGRO Logistics Centre Eindhoven, with maintaining proximity to its team being a key consideration. Sustainable business space
The lease will formally commence in November 2026. From that point, Geevers will occupy 37,266 sq m of sustainable logistics space. The building holds a BREEAM-NL In-Use Good certification and is equipped with, among other features, solar panels and energy-efficient installations to reduce CO₂ emissions and operating costs. In addition, during the early-access period starting in May 2026, the centre will be converted to fully gas-free operation, bringing it in line with the latest sustainability standards. (....)
