Global Airline Performance Faces a Critical Summer Test

Global On-Time Performance dropped to 83.55%, down from 86.29% in June, as more than 3.4 million scheduled passenger flights operated through one of the busiest periods of the year. Across the network, airspace restrictions, summer storms, strikes, and elevated passenger demand created significant operational pressure.
The effects varied sharply by market. North America fell to 71.58%, Europe declined to 78.71%, and Middle East & Africa recorded the steepest monthly fall. By comparison, Asia Pacific led regional performance at 84.94%. (....)
