Two 500-meter steel rails were laid on Jinxi Lake Grand Bridge in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, on Dec 15, marking the beginning of track-laying work on the Jiangxi section of the Nanchang-Jingdezhen-Huangshan high-speed railway. With a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour, the railway project starts in Nanchang City in Jiangxi Province in the west, passes through Shangrao City and Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi, and ends in Huangshan City in Anhui Province in the east. The main railway is 289 kilometers long, including 200 kilometers in Jiangxi. (....)
