The European Commission services provide an update to their guidance on the applicable State aid rules and public service obligations (PSO) rules during the Covid-19 outbreak. The update is based on the development of the pandemic and the experience of DG Mobility and Transport and DG Competition with support measures adopted by the Member States over the past year.
