Vanderlande, a leading global partner in future-proof logistic process automation for the warehousing, airports and parcel sectors, has successfully completed the acquisition of Siemens Logistics’ HQ in Germany and the operations outside the United States, following respective regulatory approvals. With the completion of the acquisition, the integration activities for the acquired business outside the US will start immediately.
