3nd November 2021: VGP, the developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate, has obtained a building permit for the construction of a new warehouse “F” in the technology park VGP Park Olomouc and started work at the site. The first confirmed tenant of the premises under construction is Ardon Safety, one of the leading suppliers of protective equipment and workwear, not only in the Czech Republic but also throughout Central Europe.
