• With almost 7.3m passengers travelling through Heathrow in September, it was the busiest start to Autumn the airport has ever experienced. While September 2023 was the first time in the airport’s history to surpass 7 million passengers, 2024 has topped this by over 200k. • Heathrow also provided assistance to over 210,000 passengers in September, our busiest month ever for the service. Assistance services are a core part of our passenger proposition to ensure everyone who needs support has a smooth journey through Heathrow, whether they are avid travellers or first time flyers. • September rounded off the record summer, with over 30m passengers travelling for a break in the sun during June to September. / (....)
