In early March, Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp. (“Yang Ming”) will kick off the newly-adjusted JTS service (Japan-Taiwan-South China Express Service) in order to boost competition. At the same time, the Company will also join hands with its joint venture partner to launch a new route, namely JKX service (JAPAN KANSAI Service). Yang Ming will maintain JTS service’s independent operation and offer a fixed weekly service with a 28-day rotation. JKX service will be run with the joint venture partner, with each deploying one vessel respectively and providing a fixed weekly service with a 14-day rotation. (....)
