AB Volvo: New number of votes in AB Volvo (2026-08-31)
The number of votes in AB Volvo has changed due to the conversion of a total of 195 Series A shares to a total of 195 Series B shares. The conversions were implemented with the support of the opportunity for Series A shareholders to request conversion of Series A shares to Series B shares which was entered in the Articles of Association at the 2011 Annual General Meeting.

Bald mehr als ein Viertel der Busse in Frankfurt lokal emissionsfrei unterwegs – messbare Klimawirkung für die Stadt
Der Ausbau der Busflotte in Frankfurt schreitet voran. Bis zum Ende des Jahres 2026 wird mehr als ein Viertel der Busse auf Frankfurter Straßen mit alternativen Antrieben unterwegs sein – darunter etwas mehr als zwei Drittel batterieelektrische Busse und ein Drittel Wasserstoffbusse. Bei einer Gesamtflotte von rund 435 Fahrzeugen zählt Frankfurt damit zu den größeren Elektrobusflotten in Deutschland. Darauf weist die städtische Nahverkehrsgesellschaft traffiQ hin.

ŠKODA TRANSPORTATION a.s..: Škoda Group Acquires a 36% Stake in L-Ekspresis (3. 9. 2026)
Škoda Group has acquired a 36% stake in the Latvian company SIA L-Ekspresis, which specialises in the maintenance, servicing, repair and modernisation of railway vehicles. In addition, Škoda Group has a call option to acquire the remaining 64% stake in L-Ekspresis by the end of 2028. The investment is in line with Škoda Group’s strategy to further develop its long-term service business and strengthen its local presence in the markets where it operates.
