"Today, we are announcing organizational changes designed to make TomTom more focused, faster and more scalable. We have reorganized the company around three divisions: Automated Driving, Location Intelligence and Navigation. By reducing management layers and bringing decision-making closer to execution, we will improve our ability to respond quickly to customer needs and accelerate innovation. Unfortunately, these changes will impact approximately 200 roles. We are committed to supporting affected colleagues throughout this transition.
